Designing With Purpose

About Me
I'm a product designer based in New York City. I design digital experiences that balance business performance with real human needs. The kind of work that looks right, functions well, and actually converts. My path here is anything but conventional. I played football semi-professionally, and that chapter taught me more about design than I ever expected. Taking hard feedback, iterating under pressure, and staying locked in on outcomes are not just athletic habits, they are the ones I bring into every product I touch.
Before making the full transition into design, I spent years in ecommerce operations and customer service, watching people stumble through experiences that should have been effortless. That friction stayed with me and it still drives me. I bring an analytical edge alongside the craft. Years working across ecommerce and social media marketing gave me a real foundation in user behavior, market trends, and data-driven decision making. I do not just design screens. I understand the business context wrapped around them, and that changes everything about how I approach a problem.
I am comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and interaction design through to technical implementation and iteration. I have coordinated across operations, marketing, engineering, and external teams, translating complex business requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces that hold up under real-world conditions. Building strong partnerships with stakeholders is central to how I work. I strive to ensure that user needs and commercial goals are always pulling in the same direction, because the best products are the ones that serve both.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, which means I genuinely think in two languages and design with both in mind. Off the clock you will find me on the tennis court, experimenting in the kitchen, buried in a good book, or back on the football field purely for the love of the game.

I work across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and interaction design through to implementation and iteration. I have coordinated across operations, marketing, engineering, and external teams, and I hold an IBM AI Product Manager Professional Certificate that sharpens how I think about roadmaps and the decisions that sit upstream of design. I do not treat user needs and business goals as competing forces. The best products serve both, and that is what I build toward.
