I work with brands, startups, and studios looking for more than execution. I bring a mix of design thinking, business awareness, and a focus on creating digital experiences that work for both people and businesses. My background spans eCommerce, customer experience, and sports marketing. Working across these areas taught me how people interact with digital products, where they get stuck, and how thoughtful design can make things simpler. Today, I bring that perspective to every project, connecting user needs with business goals to turn ideas into meaningful digital experiences.

I've led design across ecommerce, marketing, and product, with deep hands-on experience building Shopify storefronts, improving conversion performance, and crafting digital experiences that actually move revenue. Before design, I managed high-volume client operations in healthcare and drove digital marketing initiatives in the sports industry. Those roles trained me to think beyond aesthetics and ask the harder question: does this work for the person using it?
That operational perspective is what separates the work I deliver from purely visual design.
APPROACH
I design for clarity, performance, and trust. Every project starts with understanding the business goal and the real friction users face, then building toward both at once. I collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams and show up as a partner invested in outcomes, not just deliverables. I iterate fast, communicate clearly, and stay focused on what actually matters: results you can measure.

Kay's Cakes needed a way to let customers order custom cakes online without a confusing back-and-forth. I designed the end-to-end ordering experience from concept to launch, focusing on reducing friction at every step and making the process feel as personal as walking into the shop.
